We're downloading the connector for you. To start sharing your screen:
- Open the downloaded RubixSupport…exe (check your browser's downloads bar).
- If Windows SmartScreen shows a warning, click More info → Run anyway (and Yes to any prompt).
- A small Rubix.Remote window opens and shows the status. While a technician is connected you'll see a banner that your computer is being controlled — you stay in control and can press Stop sharing anytime.
If nothing downloaded, click Download connector again. If Windows blocked it,
choose Keep in your browser and More info → Run anyway on the SmartScreen prompt.
Still stuck? Ask your technician to confirm the session is still active.
